Ghosts was written on a cold dark night, as I sat in solitude by my fire, quietly taking stock of the sad situation modern dating has become. Gently strumming minor chords to sooth my heart, this song came to visit that evening and has stayed with me since.
Ghosts also has a full music video on VEVO which was filmed in an abandoned graveyard in the Adelaide Hills. A video that was as important to me to create as writing the song. I had long wanted pay homage to the souls of the people buried there, who may not be remembered by their families as many died in the 1800's, but to me, they are not forgotten.
